Every Location in Avatar World: The Complete City Guide

Avatar World’s city is small on the map and huge inside — every building is a full playable scene, not a backdrop. Here’s the room-by-room tour, and what each place is actually good for.

The home apartment — your base

Start here. The apartment teaches the game’s entire grammar in one room: drag clothes onto characters, place and combine furniture, tap objects to use them. It’s also the scene players return to most — decorating is Avatar World’s deepest system. (Everything is drag-and-drop; see controls.)

The café — best story engine

Tables, kitchen, counter, customers: the café is a story machine — run a restaurant, host a date, stage a birthday. If your player narrates aloud, they’ll live here. For an even bigger story map in the same genre, compare with Toca Boca World.

The beauty salon — the makeover hub

Chairs, mirrors, styling tools: the salon concentrates the game’s dress-up depth into one room. Pair it with the wardrobe store for full transformation arcs — and if makeovers are the whole appeal, the dress-up games on this site (like Back 2 School Makeover) are built entirely around them.

The supermarket — density champion

Shelves of grabbable items make this the best scene for the “tap everything” secret-hunting habit — it has more reactive objects per screen than anywhere else in the city.

The school & park — group scenes

Multiple characters shine here: classes, recess dramas, picnics. These are the scenes where kids run their longest stories (Toca City University offers a whole campus of the same energy).
